Wright Over the Counter Sale

From time to time the LDA offers blocks for sale ‘over the counter’ without the need for a ballot or auction. Land that becomes available will be previously released blocks which have remained unsold through a ballot process or have been returned to the LDA by the original purchaser.

The next over the counter sale will be for over 40 land ready blocks in Wright. All of these blocks are located in Wright Stage 1 and are land ready.
